We understand that, occasionally, a purchase may not align with your expectations. In accordance with prevailing European Union consumer protection regulations, customers located within the EU may be entitled to initiate a return request within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of physical receipt of the goods.

Said request must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by our support team prior to the physical return of the item. The item must remain in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, inclusive of any tags or packaging elements where applicable, to be deemed eligible for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was received in a faulty or incorrect condition, as determined at our discretion.

Please note:
Products classified under Special Editions, including but not limited to items labeled “Made to Order,” “Limited Run,” “Pre-Release,” or “Custom Drop,” are expressly excluded from return or exchange eligibility. These items are produced individually in response to customer demand and are therefore exempt from the standard withdrawal rights under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt and inspection of returned items, typically no later than 14 business days from acceptance of return. Any reduction in the value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning may be deducted from the refundable amount.
